How can we help you learn best?

Thorough, thoughtful evaluations and collaborative discussion with the ARD Committee, we work together to understand your strengths, your needs, and the supports that will help you thrive.

01

Consultation Meeting

A dedicated meeting to discuss concerns, ask questions, and determine the most appropriate next steps. Families receive clarity, direction, and a recommended plan of action before scheduling any formal services.

02

Next Steps After Consultation

Depending on the outcome of the consultation meeting, families will move forward with one of the following: ● Schedule a Comprehensive Evaluation — When new or updated assessment data is needed, families may book an individualized evaluation based on the concerns discussed. ● Sign a Release of Information — When an evaluation is not the immediate next step, families may authorize Bright Minds Diagnostics to obtain the student’s IEP/ARD documents for review and support. This ensures that each family proceeds with the option that best aligns with their child’s needs.

03

Results & Recommendations Meeting

Once the evaluation report is complete or the IEP/ARD documents have been reviewed and written recommendations are ready, Bright Minds Diagnostics will schedule a follow‐up meeting. This meeting may be held in person, via Zoom, or by phone, depending on the family’s preference. During this meeting, families receive: ● A clear explanation of the evaluation results and a copy of the report or IEP/ARD review findings ● Written recommendations and next steps ● Time to ask questions and discuss how to best support their child moving forward This meeting ensures families fully understand the information and feel confident about the path ahead.
